Unlimited Plan

$35/month per line

Unlimited text, calling and 30 gigabytes of data, throttled to 256kb/s after the 30 gigabytes is used

By the Gig Plan

$20/month per line

Includes 1 gigabyte of data, then $15 per each gigabyte of data over that amount

How to get in touch with customer service?

Who is eligible for Choptank Fiber Mobile?

You must be a Choptank Fiber broadband customer with activated service to signup for mobile service. 

Are there any contracts or long-term commitments with Choptank Fiber Mobile?

No, as long as you are a Choptank Fiber customer, you are eligible!

Can I keep my old phone?

Yes.

Can I keep my old phone number when I switch?

Yes, we provide porting services for you to carry over your original phone number to your new plan. Porting is the process that allows you to switch providers without losing your phone number. FUN FACT: "Port" comes from the Latin word portāre, which means "to carry".

Are taxes and fees applied to Choptank Fiber Mobile's Unlimited Plan?

Choptank only passes government taxes/fees to our mobile customers on their monthly bill. Choptank Fiber does not add any “administrative fees” to the monthly service.

Will my billing be combined with my broadband bill?

No, you will receive a separate bill for your Choptank Fiber Mobile service. 

Can I signup for service at a Choptank service location?

No, you must sign up online or call your Choptank Fiber Mobile team for sales and support of your mobile service. 

Is there an activation fee?

Yes, there will be a $25 activation fee.
