by receiving your Choptank Fiber bill electronically.
To do this, enroll in paperless billing through your SmartHub account.
Pay Online With SmartHub
Paying your bill online has never been easier with SmartHub our secure billing system. SmartHub is easy, convenient, and simple. You can get billing notifications, report outages, pay your bill, go paperless, and much more. There are no fees for paying online.
We also offer a Pay Now option with SmartHub that is a fast, easy, and convenient way to make a one-time payment on your bill. Members do not have to register with SmartHub to use this option.
How to sign up for SmartHub:
SmartHub Web can be accessed on the Choptank Fiber website’s homepage. Simply enter your e-mail and password and you will be directed to your account portal. You can also register for a new account or get help if you are experiencing issues logging into SmartHub.

Mail in your payment stub with a check or money order. Please do not send cash. Write your account number on the check to ensure the credit is applied properly.
Members can mail their payment to P.O. Box 430 Denton, MD, 21629.
With our Automated Member Service Line members can get account information and pay bills with a checking account or a credit card (no fee).
By filling out our Authorization Form, members are able to set up a recurring automatic monthly payment option. Forms are available online or by calling our Member Service Center 1-877-892-0001
